Product Characteristics
The metal hose is generally made up of the three parts: the corrugated pipes,mesh sleeves and joints. The corrugated pipeis the main body of metal hose, taking on the flexibility. The mesh sleeve acts as the strengthening and shielding, whereas the joints serve as the connections. For different requirements of use, they are connected to each other in a distinct ways. The connection at both ends of the hose also can be converted into other ways of connection other than that with the screw thread and flange, convenient for the connection and use. It has the characteristics of light installation, fine flexibility, small bending radius, corrosion, high or low temperature resistance (-196ºC~+420ºC),eliminating the stress of pipeline expansion and contraction caused by the high or low temperature.
It's broadly applied to the aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, timber, textile, construction, medicine, food, tobacco and transportation, etc.
